I always have a fear of running out of time when photographing portraits at Washington Hebrew Congregation as the service takes place directly following. What if the family is late? What if the sanctuary is not set up? What if…?

Thankfully, Sophie’s family was a breeze to work with. They showed up ready to go and the portraits went as smoothly as they ever have before. The weather was slightly chilly but the morning sun produced gorgeous light for the outdoor shots and Sophie was game for it all.
